Como ya casi estamos em navidad (¡¡ Solo 10 días, 10 9 8 7 .... ) He decidido apostar por los sabores clásicos o "nice"(Tranquilos que de lo otro ya tengo un bundt pensado, ¡¡¡solo necesito tiempo!!!).
Iba a poner " ESTE ES EL MEJOR BUNDT QUE HE HECHO, El MEJOR " pero como mi hermana dice:

Como digo siempre, os aconsejo pasaros por el blog de mis compañeros, seguro que sus recetas mo os dejaran indiferentes, nos vemos a fin de mes con una nueva receta!! Feliz navidad cocinillas!!
INGREDIENTES:
2 tsp levadura.
1/4 tsp de sal.
225 gramos de mantequilla.
300 gramos de azucar.
4 huevos L.
2 tsp pasta de vainilla.
1 tsp clavo.
1 anis estrellado.
240 ml de leche.
320 gramos de harina.
1 tsp de sugarflair extra red paste.
Cocoa aprox 2tsp.
RECETA:
-En un cazo colocamos las especias con la leche y la vainilla. Infusionamos a fuego lento durante unos 15 minutos. Después lo colamos.
Medimos la cantidad de leche infusionada,si tenemos menos de 240ml, añadimos leche hasta obtener la cantidad de leche especificada. Añadimos el colorante rojo a gusto.
-Precalentamos el horno a 180 gramos, y engrasamos bien el molde.
-Batimos el azúcar y la mantequilla. Cuando la mezcla este espumosa añadimos los huevos uno a uno. Dejamos unos minutos a máxima potencia.
-En un bol ponemos: la harina, el cacao, la levadura y la sal. Lo tamizamos y reservamos.
-Mezclamos los ingredientes secos,a la mezcla de los huevos, y mezclamos a mínima velocidad, añadimos la leche poco a poco mientras se integra todo.
-Ponemos la mezcla en el budt y horneamos a 180 grados 55 min aprox . Cuando al pincharlo con un palo, esté salga limpio, lo sacamos. Dejamos enfriar 20 minutos y desmoldamos.
-Espolvoreamos con azucar glasé a gusto.
RECIPE

2 tsp vanilla paste.
1 tsp star anisse.
1 clove spice.
240 ml of milk.
320 gr of farine.
1 tsp of sugarflair extra red.
Cacao aprox 2tsp.
-In a saucepan heat up the milk with the spices and the vanilla during 15 min (With the lowest fire) Then strain it.
If We have less than 240 ml of milk add more, until there are 240 ml. Add the red colorant and reserve.

-Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and prepare the mold of the bundtcake.
- In a large bowl with electric mixer, at high speed, beat sugar and the eggs one at time until light and fluffy.
- In another bowl blend the flour with the cocoa, baking powder and the salt.Sieve and reserve.
- In the same bowl mix all of the ingredients.(Alternating half the flour with the milk).
- Bake 50-60 minutes or until the toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in pan 10-15 minutes ; invert on wire rack or serving plate to complete cooling.
Note: Decorate with icing sugar if you want. Merry christmas!!
