¡Tengo una super noticia! Me he unido a un grupo de pasteleros que tienen un objetivo común :
Hornear un BUNDT CAKE una vez al mes, para este mes toca uno de mis sabores favoritos, el LIMON.

It´s the most delicious recipe of lemon that I´ve eaten.
We take turns hosting each month and choosing the theme/ingredient.

RECETA:
- 250ml de aceite suave de oliva o girasol.
- 500g de azúcar blanco.
- 6 huevos.
- 200ml de nata líquida de montar (35%).
- 50 ml yogurt griego.
- 500g de harina.
- 1 cucharadita de bicarbonato sódico.
- El zumo de un dos limones.
- La ralladura de dos limones limón.
-Precalentamos el horno a 175º y engrasamos el molde.
-Mezclamos el zumo de limón con la nata líquida y el yogurt griego, dejamos reposar unos diez minutos, esto le va a dar esponjosidad al bizcocho.
-Tamizamos la harina con el bicarbonato. Reservamos.
-Batimos los huevos con el azúcar cuando este blanquecino añadimos el aceite.
-Cuando la mezcla sea homogénea, incorporamos la mitad de la harina. Luego la
mitad de la nata líquida (que estará llena de grumos... ¡no os asustéis!). Luego
el resto de la harina y finalmente el resto de la nata y la ralladura de
limón.
-Vertemos la masa en el molde y horneamos unos 55-60 minutos (o hasta que un palillo salga limpio).
-Sacamos del horno y esperamos al menos 15 minutos para desmoldar. Esto es FUNDAMENTAL!!!
COBERTURA
-300 gramos azucar glasé.
- Aproximadamente el zumo de dos limones.
Vamos añadiendo el zumo de los dos limones hasta alcanzar la textura deseada.
ENGLISH RECIPE
- 250ml oil.
- 500g white sugar.
- 6 eggs L.
- 200ml whipping cream (35%).
- 50 ml greek yogurt.
- 500g flour.
- 1 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate.
- The juice of two lemons.
- The zest of two lemons.
- Preheat oven to 175º. Generously grease the baking mold.
- In a small bolw mix the juice and zest of lemons, with the greek yogurt and the whipping cream.(Wait 10 minutes).
-Sift flour, bicarbonate , aside set.
- In a large bolw with electric mixer, at high speed, beat sugar and the eggs until light and fluffy.

- Add half yogurt with the lemon juice and the whipping cream , mix well, later add the half flour.
-made again the last two steps.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in pan 10-15 minutes ; invert on wire rack or serving plate to complete cooling.
GLACE
-300 gr icing sugar.
- Approximately the juice of two lemon.
Mix the sugar whit the jucice until the desired texture.
