RECETA
- 290gr harina normal.
- 2 cucharadas de levadura química.
- 3/4 cucharadita sal
- 400ml nata montada
- 4 huevos medianos
- 1 cucharadita aroma de ron
- 140 grs cucharadas de azúcar glasé.
- Precalentamos el horno a 200 grados y engrasamos el molde con harina y mantequilla.
- En un bol colocamos todos los ingredietnes secos salvo el azúcar glasé y lo tamizamos(Muy importante, nos va a ayudar a conseguir esa textura tan especial).
- En la batidora montamos la nata a velocidad media, y paramos de batir cuando este montada suavemente.
- Aparte montamos los huevos (hasta que estén muy espumosos), una cucharadita de aroma de ron y el azúcar glasé. Dejamos homogeneizar unos tres minutos.
- Dejamos de usar la amasadora a partir de este momento.
- Con movimientos envolventes mezclamos la mezcla de huevos con la nata.
- Con una espátula mezclamos los ingredientes secos que habíamos tamizado antes.
- Ponemos la mezcla en una manga pastelera y rellenamos los moldes.
- Horneamos 55+60 minutos a 200 grados.
ENGLISH
- 290gr flour.
- 2 Teaspoons of baking power.
- 3/4 Teaspoon of salt.
- 400 ml of whip cream .
- 4 medium eggs.
- 1 Teaspoon of rum´s aroma.
- 140 grs Icing sugar.
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees and Brush 12 mini Bundt cake molds. Set aside.
- Whisk together: flour, baking powder, and salt. Sift flour mixture. Set aside.
- Into the bolw of an mixer, whip cream on low, until soft peaks form(About 3-5 minutes).
- In a small bolw whisk the egg and the aroma of rum. Beat until thickened (like mayonnaise) and well combined. Gradually add all of the sugar.
- Stop using the mixer.
- Gently add half the flour mixture into the cream mixture until flour is dissolved and well combined. Repeat process with remaining flour mixture.
- Put cream in a sleeve pastry big and introduce the cream into the mold.
- Bake by arround 55-60 minutes.
