Hoy jueves toca entrada del reto #bundtbakers, el reto consistía en ¡ Hacer un bundt con sprinkles !
Los sprinkles le dan un toque a cualquier cosa, VERDAD.
Pero este bundt no es cualquierbundt, este bundt es perfecto, perdecto por que es de esos bizcochos extremadamente chocolateados pero NO EMPALAGOSOS, perfecto por que cada vocado que le metes te recuerda a un bombón elaborado con el mas exquisito chocolate. PERFECTO
Es perfecto porque es de diario, no necestitas ninguna escusa para hornearlo, ( Aunque seamos sinceros para hornear no hace falta escusas...) VERDAD

RECETA : BUNDTCAKE EXTRA CHOCOLATEADO
INGREDIENTES
-340 gr mantequilla sin sal.
- 1 cup cacao sin azucar.
- 1 cup agua hirviendo.
- 1 cup sour cream.
- 3 cups harina.
-1/4 cucharadita de sal fina.
- 1 cucharadita levadura.
- 1 cucharadita bicarbonato sodico.
- 120 gr de pepitas de chocoate.
- 2 1/4 cups azucar moreno.
PREPARACION
1-Precalentamos el horno a 175 grados centigrados. Enmantequillamos un molde de 12 cups de capacidad y recubrimos con cacao.
2- En un bol mezclamos el agua hirviendo con el cacao, mezclamos. Cuando este templado añadimos la crema agria.
3- En otro bol mezclamos la harina, la sal, la levadura y el bicarbonato.
4- En una batidora electrica batimos la mantequillacon el azucar, hasta obtener una textura sedosa, añadimos lls huevos uno a uno.
5 - Añadimos la mezcla de harina en tres veces , alternando con dos veces de la mezcla de cacao.
6- Enharinamos las pepitas de choclalate y se las añadimos.
7- añadimos la mezcla a un molde bundt, y horneamos de 45 minutos a 1 hora ( hasta que al pinchar el bizcocho con el palillo no salga manchado), dejamos enfriar 15 minutos y desmoldamos.
RECIPE
1- Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Spray a 12-cup nonstick bundt pan with cooking spray.
2- In a medium bowl, whisk boiling water into cocoa powder until smooth; whisk in sour cream.
- 3-In a large bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.4- Using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until incorporated.5- Add flour mixture in three additions, alternating with 2 additions of cocoa mixture and beat until combined.6-Stir in chocolate chips.7-Scrape batter into prepared pan and bake until tops springs back when lightly touched, 50 minutes to 1 hour 15 . Transfer to a wire rack set over a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Let cool 15 minutes, then turn our onto rack and let cool completely.
