Today is 15 ! The bundtbakers challenge day! This month We will bake a bundt cake wiht nuts and fruit.

Es día 15! Esto quiere decir que toca el reto de #bundtbakers, el reto de este mes consiste en realizar un bundt con fruta y nueces.This mouth our host is Shilpi Prasad from:

He de decir que aunque eso de hornear fruta no es lo que mas me gusta, pero las cerezas horneadas le dan un punto super rico. ¡ Super hallazgo !

En el pie del blog teneis recetas muy buenas y originales de mis compañeros, os animo a hacerlas, creedme saben lo que hacen...
RECETA
- 210ml de aceite suave de oliva o girasol.
- 415g de azúcar blanco.
- 5 huevos.
- 200ml de nata líquida de montar (35%).
- 60 ml de zumo de pomelo.
- 415 gramos harina.
- 1 cucharadita de bicarbonato sódico.
- La ralladura de un pomelo.
- 150 gramos de nueces.
- 150 gramos de cerezas deshuesadas.
-Precalentamos el horno a 175º y engrasamos el molde.
-Mezclamos el zumo del pomelo con la nata líquida , dejamos reposar unos diez minutos. Esto le va a dar esponjosidad al bizcocho.
-Tamizamos la harina con el bicarbonato. Reservamos.
-Batimos los huevos con el azúcar, cuando este blanquecino añadimos el aceite.
-Cuando la mezcla sea homogénea, incorporamos la mitad de la harina. Luego la mitad de la nata líquida (que estará llena de grumos... ¡no os asustéis!). Luego el resto de la harina y finalmente el resto de la nata y la ralladura del pomelo.
- Mezclamos en un bol las nueces y las cerezas con un poco de harina para que no se undan, y se lo añadimos a la mezcla del bizcocho.
-Vertemos la masa en el molde y horneamos unos 55-60 minutos (o hasta que un palillo salga limpio).
-Sacamos del horno y esperamos al menos 15 minutos para desmoldar. Esto es FUNDAMENTAL!!!
COBERTURA
-110 gramos azucar glasé.
- Aproximadamente 40 ml de leche
Vamos añadiendo la leche hasta alcanzar la textura deseada.
ENGLISH RECIPE
- 210ml oil.
- 415g white sugar.
- 5 eggs L.
- 200ml whipping cream (35%).
- 60 ml grapefruit.
- 415g flour.
- 1 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate.
- The zest of one grapefruit.
- 150 gr Cherrys (Boneless).
- 150 gr nuts.
- Preheat oven to 175º. Generously grease the baking mold.
- In a small bolw mix the juice and zest of grapefruit, with the whipping cream.(Wait 10 minutes).
-Sift flour, bicarbonate , aside set.
- In a large bolw with electric mixer, at high speed, beat sugar and the eggs until light and fluffy.
- Add the oil, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Add half yogurt with the lemon juice and the whipping cream , mix well, later add the half flour.
-Made again the last two steps.
- In a small bolw mix the nuts and the cherrys with 1 tablespoon of flour. Add into the cake mix.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in pan 10-15 minutes ; invert on wire rack or serving plate to complete cooling.
GLACE
-110 gr icing sugar.
- Approximately 40 ml milk.
Mix the sugar whit the milk until the desired texture.
