250 ml de aceite de oliva
380 gr de harina normal
una cucharada de bicarbonato.
una cucharada de cacao.
430 gramos de azúcar
5 huevos L
250 ml de Té rojo de chocolate y vainilla.
- En una taza haz un té rojo, y resérvalo.
- Engrasa el molde con spray desmoldante. Pon el horno a 180 grados.
- En una batidora, mezcla los huevos con el azúcar, hasta que esté muy espumosa. Añade el aceite.
- Tamiza en un bol, todos los ingredientes secos. Y añade la mitad a la mezcla, remueve a la velocidad mínima de la batidora.
- Añade el té, y después el resto de los ingredientes secos.
- Hornea durante una hora.
250 olive oil.
380 gr flour.
1 top baking soda.
1 top cocoa.
5 long eggs.
250 ml red tea.
- Cover the bundt mold with a slim surface of butter, and preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Beat the eggs with the sugar in the mixer, wait until be fluffy and white.
- add the olive oil, wait about 10 minutes more,
- with the lowest speed, add the half of the flour, the baking soda , el cacao and the salt.
- Add the tea and when it be homogeneous add the rest of the flour.
- bake in a mold, about 55 minutes, or when pricking it with a stick, this will be clean.
- let it cold, and separate it from the mold.
