Bundt cake the platano de Canárias #bundtbakers

      Diego

  6. Hello,
Google translate is confusing me, lol!
Do you use plantains or do you use bananas?

Google translate says plantains in infredients and bananas in the instructins.

Thanks for your help! The bundt looks tasty.

    cheers,

    1. Hello Anne,
Sorry, I may had writen the name not very properly, the bananas that I used were from Spain ( Canarias), here the name is platano. This type is a bit different from Banana, it´s quite sweeter. You can use bananas, since the bunt will be delicious anyway, but be carefull, add 600 gr (In Spain Bananas it´s bigger than platanos).

Let me know if you try it, and If you like it!! Sorry, my level of English is not very good, the next time I guess I do better.
      regards from Spain.

      Diego

  7. Why in the English ingredients there are 2 teaspoons lemon juice but in the first version it only has 1 tsp lemon juice? Is this an error or is there a reason for this?
